اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ

Translation: O Allah, help me remember You, thank You, and worship You in the best manner. (Abu Dawood)
