Introduction
In a world full of unseen harms, jealousy, and spiritual danger, Islam gives us powerful tools of protection. This dua from the Qur’an is a divine shield against all forms of evil, visible and hidden.
Dua in Arabic
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ * مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ...
Translation: Say: I seek refuge with the Lord of daybreak, from the evil of what He has created... (Surah Al-Falaq)
Context
Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas were taught by the Prophet ﷺ as daily protection. He would recite them every morning, evening, and before sleep — especially after being affected by magic.
Protection Aspects
- Protection from jealousy and the evil eye.
- Safety from dark forces, magic, and human harm.
- Inner peace in moments of spiritual discomfort or fear.
How to Apply
Recite Surah Al-Falaq and An-Nas 3 times in the morning and evening, and blow over yourself and children before bed. You can also make it part of your travel duas.
